Why is there no update to my tracking status?
This is a prevalent issue that myself and other small businesses are encountering with delivering orders--for whatever reason, flat letter shipping labels often do not get scanned by USPS and are often left in "Pre-transit" status, even after orders get delivered!
This is as frustrating for me as it is for you, but you can rest assured that I always package and mail my orders on time and mail them out within 1-3 days of receiving your order. The only thing I can ask is for our wonderful customers to be patient and hope that USPS can safely deliver and update the tracking statuses on time, as it is completely out of my hands! Why is my international order taking so long?
Due to international customs shipping processes, international orders can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks to arrive at their final destinations.
Why does my international shipping not have tracking?
Because I predominantly ship my products in flat letters to my customers and because I want to keep costs low for my customers, all international orders of 2 oz or less are shipped with a global stamp which does not come with tracking. Any other type of international shipping package label with tracking would require shipping costs of $15-30 depending on the country and parcel, which would not be cost effective for my small business, and would prevent me from reaching my international customers.
Can you post a packaging video of my order on Tiktok, Facebook, or Instagram?
